D\u00e1le z\u00e1konem \u010d\u00edslo 309\/2006 Sb. v \u00a7 2<\/strong>, podle kter\u00e9ho je zam\u011bstnavatel povinen vytv\u00e1\u0159et podm\u00ednky pro bezpe\u010dn\u00e9, nez\u00e1vadn\u00e9 a zdrav\u00ed neohro\u017euj\u00edc\u00ed pracovn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed p\u0159ij\u00edm\u00e1n\u00edm opat\u0159en\u00ed k prevenci rizik a v \u00a7 4, kter\u00fd zam\u011bstnavateli ukl\u00e1d\u00e1, \u017ee stroje, technick\u00e1 za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, dopravn\u00ed prost\u0159edky a n\u00e1\u0159ad\u00ed mus\u00ed b\u00fdt pravideln\u011b a \u0159\u00e1dn\u011b udr\u017eov\u00e1ny, kontrolov\u00e1ny a revidov\u00e1ny. Dal\u0161\u00edm pr\u00e1vn\u00edm p\u0159edpisem, kter\u00fd v \u00a7 3 a \u00a7 4 vy\u017eaduje od zam\u011bstnavatele stanoven\u00ed term\u00edn\u016f, lh\u016ft a rozsah\u016f kontrol, zkou\u0161ek, reviz\u00ed, term\u00edn\u016f \u00fadr\u017eby, oprav a rekonstrukc\u00ed technick\u00e9ho vybaven\u00ed pracovi\u0161t\u011b je <strong>na\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed vl\u00e1dy \u010d\u00edslo 101\/2005 Sb..<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nem\u00e9n\u011b p\u00e1dn\u00fdm argumentem pro prov\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed reviz\u00ed je <strong>z\u00e1kon \u010d\u00edslo 251\/2005 Sb., o inspekci pr\u00e1ce<\/strong>, ve kter\u00e9m jsou v \u00a7 20 uvedeny sankce, kter\u00fdmi m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt fyzick\u00e1 a pr\u00e1vnick\u00e1 osoba sankciov\u00e1na, nedodr\u017e\u00ed-li po\u017eadavky na prov\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed prohl\u00eddek, reviz\u00ed nebo zkou\u0161ek ve stanoven\u00e9m rozsahu, a nedodr\u017e\u00ed-li lh\u016fty na odstran\u011bn\u00ed z\u00e1vad zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00fdch p\u0159i kontrole za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Povinnost prov\u00e1d\u011bt revize technick\u00fdch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed<\/strong> je zohledn\u011bna v mnoha dal\u0161\u00edch pr\u00e1vn\u00edch p\u0159edpisech. M\u016f\u017eeme jmenovat na\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed vl\u00e1dy \u010d\u00edslo 378\/2001Sb., kter\u00fdm se stanov\u00ed bli\u017e\u0161\u00ed po\u017eadavky na bezpe\u010dn\u00fd provoz a pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed stroj\u016f, technick\u00fdch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, p\u0159\u00edstroj\u016f a n\u00e1\u0159ad\u00ed. D\u00e1le pak z\u00e1kon \u010d\u00edslo 174\/1968 Sb., o st\u00e1tn\u00edm odborn\u00e9m dozoru nad bezpe\u010dnost\u00ed pr\u00e1ce. Vyhl\u00e1\u0161ka \u010d\u00edslo 73\/2010 Sb., ve kter\u00e9 se ur\u010duj\u00ed vyhrazen\u00e1 elektrick\u00e1 za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed a stanovuje n\u011bkter\u00e9 podm\u00ednky k zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed jejich bezpe\u010dnosti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mimo zam\u011bstnavatelskou sf\u00e9ru za stav technick\u00fdch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed (tedy i elektrick\u00fdch) a jejich \u00fadr\u017ebu, kontroly a revize odpov\u00edd\u00e1 podle ob\u010dansk\u00e9ho z\u00e1kon\u00edku vlastn\u00edk takov\u00e9ho za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed. Prov\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed pravideln\u00fdch reviz\u00ed odb\u011brn\u00fdch elektrick\u00fdch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed byt\u016f, obydl\u00ed a p\u0159\u00edbytk\u016f nen\u00ed v \u010cR p\u0159edeps\u00e1no, je v\u0161ak vhodn\u00e9, \u00fa\u010deln\u00e9 a \u017e\u00e1douc\u00ed tyto revize po dohod\u011b s vlastn\u00edkem nemovitost\u00ed prov\u00e1d\u011bt. Zejm\u00e9na se pova\u017euje za \u00fa\u010deln\u00e9 revizi prov\u00e9st p\u0159i zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed hodnoty rezervovan\u00e9ho p\u0159\u00edkonu (p\u0159i zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed jmenovit\u00e9 hodnoty hlavn\u00edho jisti\u010de p\u0159ed m\u011b\u0159\u00edc\u00edm za\u0159\u00edzen\u00edm), v n\u011bkter\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpadech i p\u0159i zm\u011bn\u011b u\u017eivatel\u016f byt\u016f, obydl\u00ed a p\u0159\u00edbytk\u016f (zm\u011bn\u011b odb\u011bratel\u016f elekt\u0159iny), tj. v p\u0159\u00edpadech vy\u017eaduj\u00edc\u00edch uzav\u0159en\u00ed nov\u00e9 smlouvy o dod\u00e1vce elekt\u0159iny.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Revize elektrick\u00fdch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed se prov\u00e1d\u011bj\u00ed z d\u016fvodu, aby se minimalizovala rizika spojen\u00e1 s jejich provozem a zajistila se bezpe\u010dnost osob, zv\u00ed\u0159at a majetku p\u0159i jejich provozu.
